Tammy Cardwell
Certified Coach
I was born in South Africa, lived in Scotland and England, and now reside in New Zealand.
I am a mother to 3 beautiful children and a very happy wife. I am also a childhood trauma survivor.
Ever since I was little, I've wanted to be there for people, help people, make sure people know that they aren't alone and that there is always hope.
I learnt to find that inner love for myself.
I learnt how to heal from my past.
I learnt how to establish boundaries.
I learnt how to curb my people pleasing ways.
I learnt how to change certain behaviours that I wasn't aware were toxic.
Most importantly, I learnt how to find my authentic self again.
